• The atmosphere at each restaurant is quite different, so the topics of conversation  change naturally as you go from one restaurant to another.

Because we want to experience more in one night

• Rather than staying at one restaurant for a long time, we  want to try different restaurants. After all,  there are so many to choose from. We also believe we are stimulating local economy. 
• You can have different experiences in one nigh,  such as having a light drink at an izakaya, followed by a good meal at the next restaurant, and finishing off with a nice  drink at a bar.
• Imagine  you are traveling  and you want to visit different tourist attractions in one day! 

Because we want to get to know each other better, especially our coworkers and colleagues

• In Japan, there is a culture of going out for drinks after work, but it can be difficult to express “true feelings” or speak your mind after just one drink.
• The first bar is formal, the second one relaxes you  a bit, and the third is where the real talk happens!
• “Hashigo -Drinking “ will gradually bring you closer and closer together.

Because we can savor  the “specialty flavor” of each restaurant

• In Japanese drinking culture, we appreciate that each restaurant has its own specialty food and drink, so it is more fun to try the  specialties of each restaurant rather than just eat at one restaurant.
• For example…
  • 1st restaurant → an Izakaya with delicious yakitori .
  • 2nd place → a small restaurant with a wide selection of sake .
  • 3rd place → a bar with good cocktails .
• Isn’t  this The ultimate combination!

Because we have a custom of having a drink after work before going home. 

• Start  out with the intention of having one drink before going home, and often find yourself at the third bar later in the night.
